Customer Review

This Consent and Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the reviewer ("Reviewer") and Bailey V's Bakery ("Company"). By submitting a review on baileyvsbakery.com, the Reviewer agrees to the following terms: Consent to Publish The Reviewer acknowledges that they have the option to either (a) Allow or (b) Do Not Allow their review to be publicly posted on the Company's website and/or social media platforms. Grant of Rights If the Reviewer selects "Allow", they grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute their review, in whole or in part, on the Company’s website, social media platforms, or other marketing materials as deemed appropriate. Use of Name and Likeness If included in the review, the Reviewer consents to the use of their name, initials, or any accompanying images they provide. The Company will not disclose personal contact information. Reviewer’s Representations The Reviewer represents that their review is truthful, based on their personal experience, and does not contain offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content. The Reviewer affirms that they are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent. Right to Edit and Remove The Company reserves the right to edit reviews for clarity, length, or appropriateness while maintaining the original intent. The Company may also remove any reviews at its discretion. No Compensation The Reviewer acknowledges that they will not receive any payment or compensation for their submitted review. Withdrawal of Consent If the Reviewer wishes to withdraw consent after selecting "Allow", they may do so by contacting the Company at [insert contact email]. The Company will make reasonable efforts to remove the review from public platforms but cannot guarantee removal from previously shared or archived materials.
